TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Nature of Service: Unique Artisan Manufacturing

By placing an order on ada de angela.com, the customer understands and accepts that they are not purchasing a stock product but are hiring a made-to-order artisan manufacturing service. Each pair of shoes is created individually, manually, and exclusively for each customer.

2. "No Return" Policy and Right of Withdrawal Exemption

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

  • No Returns: No exchanges, returns, or cancellations are accepted once the manufacturing process has begun, as the product is unique and not suitable for resale.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct measurements and specifications. Errors in size choice or change of mind shall not grant a right to a refund.

3. Production and Delivery Times

High-end craftsmanship takes time. Deadlines are established based on the following criteria:

  • Estimated Times: The standard period is 4 to 6 weeks, and may extend up to 20 weeks for orders with custom patterns or high-exclusivity components.

  • Supplier Dependency: Working with noble and exclusive materials, we are subject to the delivery times of external suppliers.

  • Right to Extend for Quality Control: If during the process we detect that a piece does not meet our standards of excellence (material damage or imperfect assembly), we will remake the pair from scratch. We reserve the right to increase production time to ensure an impeccable result. This delay, aimed at product perfection, shall not be grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Notification of Issues and Warranty

  • 48-Hour Deadline: The customer must inspect the product upon receipt. Any issues or manufacturing defects must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours by sending detailed photos.

  • After this period, it will be understood that the customer is 100% satisfied with the piece received.

5. Fraud Protection and Disputes

Any attempt at fraud or opening unjustified disputes on payment gateways (such as PayPal) will be legally defended. Ada de Ángela photographically documents each phase of the process and the final shipment to prove product compliance with the contract.
