Shipping policy

Delivery Timelines

As detailed in our Terms of Service, the total delivery time consists of:

  • Production Time: 4 to 20 weeks (made-to-order craftsmanship).

  • Transit Time: Once the pair is completed, shipping usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

2. Responsibility and Shipping Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

  • If the package is returned to the workshop due to an incorrect address or failure to collect by the customer, the customer must pay the new shipping costs for re-delivery.

3. Customs and International Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that their country may apply.

  • Ada de Ángela has no control over these charges nor can we predict their amount. Failure to pay these fees by the customer shall not be grounds for a refund.

4. Risk of Loss or Damage

All our shipments are insured.

  • If the package arrives with visible signs of tampering or damage, you must state this on the carrier's delivery note and notify us within 24 hours.

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery at the provided address, Ada de Ángela is not responsible for subsequent theft or loss at the customer's premises.
