2. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Every pair of Ada de Ángela is made-to-order exclusively for each customer.

  • Exemption from Withdrawal: According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once production begins.

  • Artisan Variations: Natural leather and handwork may result in slight variations in tone or texture. This is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

3. PRODUCTION TIMELINES AND QUALITY

  • Lead Times: Estimated production is 4 to 6 weeks, potentially extending up to 20 weeks for custom patterns or exclusive components.

  • Right to Extend: If we detect that a piece does not meet our excellence standards, we will remake the pair from scratch. We reserve the right to increase production time to ensure a perfect result; such delay shall not be grounds for a refund.

4. SHIPPING AND CLAIMS

  • Issues: Customers have 48 hours after delivery to report any damage or defects to info@adadeangela.com with detailed photos. After this period, the product is deemed accepted.

  • Customs: Duties and taxes outside the EU are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. FRAUD PROTECTION

Charlotte Luxury Group SL photographically documents every pair before shipment. Any attempt at fraud or unjustified disputes on payment gateways (such as PayPal) will be legally defended by providing technical and shipping documentation.
