These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Client”, “you” or “Customer”) and Charlotte Luxury Group SL, with VAT number ESB98918832, registered office at Urbanización El Bosque, Calle Las Viñas 48, 46370 Chiva, Valencia, Spain (hereinafter “Charlotte Luxury”, “Ada de Angela”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms apply to all purchases of products and services made through our website and related platforms (the “Website”).
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
1.1. By placing an order and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you expressly confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms;
- Accept all conditions set forth herein without reservation;
- Enter into a legally binding contract with Charlotte Luxury Group SL.
1.2. These Terms constitute a contractual agreement that may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute with financial institutions, payment processors or third parties.
2. Products & Made-to-Order Nature
2.1. All products sold by Charlotte Luxury / Ada de Angela are made to order, handmade and/or customized, including but not limited to:
- Custom sizes or measurements
- Personalized fits or constructions
- Material selections
- Design modifications
- Made-to-measure or bespoke elements
2.2. Products displayed on the Website are presented for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, finishing or proportions are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
3. Production & Manufacturing Timeframes
3.1. Due to the artisanal and custom nature of our work, production timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
3.2. Under standard conditions, manufacturing time is estimated between 4 and 12 weeks.
3.3. However, depending on:
- Design complexity
- Customization level
- Material availability
- Technical development
- External factors beyond our control
production may extend up to 60 weeks.
3.4. By placing an order, the Client expressly accepts these estimated timelines and waives any claim related to delays within this framework.
4. Prices & Payments
4.1. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or local fees, which remain the responsibility of the Client.
4.3. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. No Right of Withdrawal – EU Law
5.1. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
5.2. As all Charlotte Luxury / Ada de Angela products are made to order and/or customized, all sales are final.
5.3. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted once production has begun.
6. Intellectual Property & Design Protection
6.1. All designs, models, constructions, patterns, concepts, product names, images and content associated with Charlotte Luxury / Ada de Angela are original works and are protected by intellectual property, copyright and design laws.
6.2. Any reproduction, imitation, adaptation, resale, distribution or commercial use — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Legal action may be taken against any infringement, including claims for damages.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1. Orders are shipped only once production is fully completed and quality-checked.
7.2. Delivery times depend on destination, carrier and customs procedures and are provided as estimates only.
7.3. The Client must inspect the package upon delivery and notify both the carrier and Charlotte Luxury of any visible damage within 3 calendar days.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
8.1. By accepting these Terms, the Client expressly agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for made-to-order or customized products.
8.2. Any chargeback initiated in breach of these Terms shall be considered a contractual violation.
8.3. In such cases, Charlotte Luxury reserves the right to:
- Present these Terms as contractual evidence to banks and payment processors;
- Claim reimbursement of the full order amount;
- Recover administrative fees, banking costs and legal expenses incurred.
8.4. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes explicit acknowledgment that production timelines and the no-return policy have been agreed upon by the Client.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlotte Luxury shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or consequential damages.
9.2. Total liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
10.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
